These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and UF9 ("UF9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at uf9.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

| "Force Majeure" | Any event beyond UF9's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, or internet service disruptions. |
To register and maintain an account on the UF9 Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the UF9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, UF9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. UF9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
You must notify UF9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
UF9 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation from any User at any time. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by UF9 may result in account suspension or closure.
All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. UF9 reserves the right to void transactions and close accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, UF9 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content or materials available on the Platform.
All games on the UF9 Platform are provided for entertainment purposes. Users agree to participate in games fairly and honestly, without the use of automated betting systems, bots, exploits, cheats, or any other mechanism that gives an unfair advantage. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer processes, as applicable.
All bets placed on the UF9 Platform are subject to the specific game rules, sports betting rules, and promotional terms applicable at the time the bet is placed. Bets accepted and settled by UF9 are final, subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in these Terms. UF9 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error or that is the result of a technical malfunction.
All account balances, bets, winnings, and promotional values are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). UF9 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR-denominated transactions. For cryptocurrency transactions (BTC/USDT), the applicable exchange rate at the time of deposit or withdrawal will apply.
UF9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits published on the Platform: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. UF9 will not process withdrawals to payment methods or bank accounts not registered in the User's own name. Processing times vary by payment method and membership tier, but UF9 targets same-day processing for verified Gold and VIP members.
UF9 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments owned and controlled by the registered User. UF9 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction that triggers AML review thresholds. Any account associated with suspected money laundering activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards offered by UF9 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated clearly in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
UF9 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, using automated systems to place bonus bets, or engaging in coordinated abuse with other players. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be permanently suspended.
UF9's VIP programme comprises four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and VIP. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering activity over rolling periods. UF9 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and the programme structure at any time with reasonable advance notice to affected members.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the UF9 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the UF9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the UF9 brand name and logo, is the exclusive property of UF9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No portion of the Platform content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the express prior written consent of UF9. Unauthorised use of UF9's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
The game content available on the Platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios and is subject to those studios' intellectual property rights. UF9 grants no rights in respect of any third-party intellectual property to Users of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UF9 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure.
UF9's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their UF9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
UF9 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. UF9 does not guarantee any specific outcome from any game or betting activity. Gambling involves financial risk, and outcomes are inherently uncertain.

UF9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or conduct determined to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.
In cases of termination for cause, UF9 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. In cases of termination without cause, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Users wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting UF9 customer support. Before account closure, any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be addressed. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal, subject to applicable terms.
These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to UF9's operating jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction in respect of any dispute.
In the event of any dispute between a User and UF9 regarding a specific bet, game outcome, or transaction, the User must raise the complaint through UF9's formal complaints process within 30 days of the event in question. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.
UF9 will aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, UF9 will advise the User of any applicable alternative dispute resolution options.
UF9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform. Where changes are material, UF9 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered Users via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
